Restocks and Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.
  • Due to the high volume of orders during restocks, please allow up to 1-5 business days for order processing and shipment.

Refunds

  • At BeeTallow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your tallow balm after use, you may request a full refund.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at any time via email at [support@beetallowskincare.com] or direct message on Instagram at @BeeTallow.
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned tallow balm.
  • Please note that we do not offer product exchanges in this circumstance; only refunds are available once the product is returned.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your tallow balm order is lost in transit or arrives damaged (e.g., shattered), we will either send you a replacement or issue an automatic refund if replacements are unavailable.

Product Imperfections

  • As our tallow balms are handcrafted, occasional variations such as air pockets may occur. If you have concerns about the fill level of your jar, please contact us via email at [support@beetallowskincare.com] or direct message on Instagram at @BeeTallow. We value your feedback.

Address Errors

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error in the customer's Apple Pay or Shop Pay information, we will make a one-time exception and reship the order to the correct address free of charge. We kindly request that customers double-check their shipping information within their payment service to prevent this issue in the future.
